Muscle & Joint Relief: Massage 1 teaspoon directly onto the affected area to support healthy circulation. For added benefit, blend with Arnica Cream and a few drops of Lavender True.

Arthritis & Rheumatic Pain: Combine 1 teaspoon of Castor Oil with 5 drops of Juniper Berry and 2 drops of German Chamomile. Apply at night as needed.
