Recommended dosage
Directions: Use ½ teaspoon (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Adults & children over 12 years: 150ml
Children 7-12 years: 100ml
Children 1-6 years: 50ml
Infants 0-12 months: 10ml
Repeat up to three times daily after food as a digestive tonic or as needed for digestive discomfort (indigestion, bloating, reflux, colic).

1. Eat fruits and vegetables

3. Limit red and processed meats
Processed meats usually have an unhealthy amount of sodium, fat, and nitrates linked to colon cancer. Red meat has been linked with cancer, heart disease, and digestive issues.

4. Limit added sugars
