WHO, WHEN AND HOW?
Who: Weight-training individuals and bodybuilders, tri and team sport competitors and elite athletes.
When: Creatine is best taken ½ hour before work-outs to aid performance and immediately post workouts to assist recovery or as directed by your healthcare professional.
How: Take a 5g serve (one metric teaspoon) 1-2 times daily, dissolve in a glass of water or pre-workout drink.
Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate (100%).
