Adults and Children OVER 6 years:
6 to 12 years 5mL
Over 12 years 10mL
1 dose every 4 hours as necessary. No more than 6 doses in 24 hrs.

Each 5ml of oral liquid contains: Guaiphenesin 100mg; Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5mg.contains: Benzoates; Saccharin; Sorbitol (21 g/60ml)

Sip fresh lemon juice mixed with honey and hot water or gargle salt water
Inhale hot steam to clear your sinuses
Keep distance away from others
Practice good hygiene and hand washing
Insulin-dependent diabetes :monitor blood glucose more frequently → insulin requirements increase during acute infections
