The easy-to-take liquid formula allows for variable dosing for kids from 3+ years. How does it work? The herbs Lemon balm and Linden support calm and relaxation. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and is used with the Vitamin B6 and L- tryptophan to support sleep hormone production for healthy sleep patterns.

Using the enclosed measuring cup.

Children 5 -13 years and over: Take 15-20mL before sleep.

Children 3-5 years: Take 10mL before sleep.
