Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, at least every 2 hours.

Apply sunscreen to all bare skin. Remember your neck, face, ears, tops of your feet and legs. For hard‐to‐reach areas like your back, ask someone to help you use a sunscreen.
