Daktozin nappy rash ointment is a broad spectrum antifungal product. It has been specially formulated with miconazole to treat the fungal infections commonly associated with nappy rash. Daktozin also contains 15% zinc oxide, wich helps prevent redness and irritation. Formulated into an ointment that is significantly thicker than a cream, Daktozin won’t rub off as soon as baby’s nappy is replaced.

After cleaning and drying the entire affected area, apply ointment gently without rubbing each time the nappy is changed. Continue treatment for seven days or until signs of infection have completely cleared.

Zinc oxide 150mg/g

Stop use and see your doctor if your baby has an alelrgic reaction. If symptoms persist, worsen, or new symptoms appear, see your doctor or pharmacist. Avoid eyes. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical attention if accidentally ingested.

If nappy region is extremely red, seek medical advice
Main cause of nappy rash is wearing a wet or dirty nappy for too long, please make sure to change the nappy regularly.
Some soaps and baby wipes can irritate skin and make the rash worse.
