DermAid Soft 1% Cream is for the temporary relief of mild inflammatory skin irritations including eczema and dermatitis, allergies to cosmetics and jewelry, insect bites, psoriasis, sunburn and other corticosteroid responsive skin conditions. Formulated with dispersed hydrocortisone to provide gentle, effective temporary relief for sensitive areas. Suitable for face and delicate areas.

Apply a small amount to affected skin 2-4 times daily. Cleanse with a soap alternative such as Pinetarsol as soap may irritate the skin.

Hydrocortisone 1% w/w

Do not use in the eyes.

Do not use on children under 2 years old unless recommended by a doctor.

Do not use for acne.

Do not use under waterproof bandages or for more than 7 days unless recommended by a doctor.

Do not use large amount e.g use finger tip unit.
Do not use on the face or broken skin. Long periods of use can cause skin to thin.
Use a non fragranced moisturiser to help strengthen skin barrier e.g sorbolene, fatty cream
Use a soap substitute. Avoid soap, fragrance and perfume
See doctor if:
-Rash hasn’t resolve after 1-2 weeks of use
-Rash is extensive
-Signs of infection: discharge, broken skin, weeping skin, crusting
