DURO-TUSS HERBALS CHESTY LUNG SUPPORT is a herbal formulation to help soothe and clears chest congestion. Hedera Helix (Ivy) is a natural expectorant that soothes the chest and clears chest congestion. It has no added sugar and is free from: artificial colours, gluten and lactose. It come in a pleasant tasting Blackberry & Vanilla flavoured liquid and can be used in children 2 years and older.

ADULT DOSAGE
Adults and Children 12 years & over 10mL 3 times a day as required

CHILDREN DOSAGE
Children 6-11 years 7.5mL 3 times a day as required Children 2-5 years 5mL 3 times a day as required

Sip warm honey and lemon drink. Drink plenty of fluids such as water, diluted non-sweetened fruit juice and clear, warm soups. Liquids help thin the mucous in the throat and lungs and make it easier to  cough up.

Keep warm and rest.

Humidify the air if it is dry. If a humidifier is not available, steam from a hot shower will also help break down mucous.
