Use in children 6-12 years of age only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
How often: Every 6 hours as required (maximum 4 times per day).

Per 15mL: Bromhexine Hydrochloride 12mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10mg
Do not use this medication in children under 6 years; if seal is broken; if past the expiry date.
Caution: This medication contains 14.7g sorbitol per 60mL (maximum recommended daily dose). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Also contains sodium benzoate and sucralose.

sip fresh lemon juice mixed with honey and hot water or gargle salt water
inhale hot steam to clear your sinuses

– Dark yellow, green or brown sputum->infection
-chest pain
-Pain on inspiration
-Blood in sputum
-Persistent nocturnal cough in children->asthma
-Debilitating symptoms in elderly
-Long standing cough in smoker
