Temporary relief of heartburn and acid indigestion. ENO works by neutralising the excess acid in your stomach.

Adults and children over 12 years: 5g (one level 5mg measuring spoon) dissolved in a minimum of 1 cup water and drink. Maximum of 2 doses a day when symptoms occur. If second dose is requird, take no sooner than 2 hours after first dose.

Store below 30C.

Each 5g contains:

Sodium bicarbonate 2.29g
Sodium carbonate 0.50g
Citric acid anhydrous 2.16g

Do not use ENO if:
You are allergic to any of the ingredients
You have liver, heart or kidney problems
You have high blood pressure or are on a restricted sodium diet
Expiry date has passed.

Do not exceed stated dose or take for more than 14 days. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist. May cause wind or bloating. Keep out of reach of children.

Avoid trigger foods e.g spicy foods

Eat smaller amounts
Dont eat before bed
Stop smoking
Lose weight
