Wash your genital area gently every day, using a mild soap. Dry gently without harsh rubbing.
Avoid scented soaps, perfumed bubbke baths and douches that may irritate the genital area and increase the risk of infection.
Use a water-based, rather than oilbased, lucbricating gel for sex if your vagina is dry.
After passing urine, use toilet paper as a blotter rather than wiping. After a bowel movement, wipe from front to back.
