Gaviscon Dual Action brings fast, soothing and long lasting relief from the pain and discomfort of heartburn (gastric reflux) and indigestion.  It works in two different ways: More effective reduction of excess stomach acid to relieve discomfort. Forms a protective layer over the stomach contents to soothe the burning pain in your chest.

Shake well before use. Take ONE dose as required after meals and before going to bed, up to four times a day or as directed.

Adults and children over 12 years: 20 mL per dose.
Children 6-12 years: 10 mL per dose.

Store below 30C but do not refrigerate.

Each 10 mL contains 500mg sodium alginate, 213 mg sodium bicarbonate and 325mg calcium carbonate.

Does not contain aluminium, sugar, gluten or artificial colouring.

Contains hydroxybenzoates and saccharin.

Avoid trigger foods e.g spicy foods
Eat slowly
Eat smaller amounts
Dont eat before bed
Stop smoking
Lose weight
Reduce caffeine
Reduce alcohol (no more than 2 std drinks/day)
