• The “3-Minute Rule”: Apply your lipid-replenishing moisturizer (like Lipikar Balm AP+M) within three minutes of stepping out of the shower to trap maximum hydration. 
• Targeted Application: Focus the wash primarily on areas prone to sweat or dirt (underarms, groin, feet) and let the rinsing water clean the rest of the body to minimize barrier disruption.
