Habitual Constipation:
Initially: 15-45 ml as a single dose
Maintenance: up to 45ml in divided doses

Lactulose solution BP 3.34g/5ml

Keep out of reach of children

Need to drink lots of water in order to work. Can make you pass more gas but is safer for long term use compared to stimulants. Can take 8-12 hours to work.
