Treatment duration is up to 13 weeks unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Do not use this medicine if:
You are under 55 years of age (unless advised by a doctor).
You are taking other medicines for sleep.
You have liver problems.
You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
You have kidney problems or an autoimmune disease, unless directed by a doctor.
You are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Take 1 tablet daily, 1–2 hours before bedtime, after food.
Swallow the tablet whole — do not crush or chew.
Do not use beyond 13 weeks without medical review.
Each prolonged-release tablet contains:
Melatonin 2 mg (active ingredient)
Lactose monohydrate
Calcium hydrogen phosphate
Ammonio methacrylate copolymer type B
Colloidal silica
Talc
Magnesium stearate
May cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery.
