A drug-free, preservative-free saline nasal rinse system providing natural relief from nasal and sinus symptoms.
Fill the provided squeeze bottle with 240 mL (8 oz) of lukewarm distilled, micro-filtered, or previously boiled water.
Add one premixed sachet of USP grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate mixture to the bottle.
Cap the bottle and shake gently until the powder is fully dissolved.
Lean over a sink, tilt your head downward, and insert the bottle nozzle into one nostril.
Gently squeeze the bottle to allow the saline solution to flow through the nasal passages and out the other nostril.
Repeat the process on the other side.
After use, clean the bottle and cap thoroughly and allow them to air dry.
