Food that contain Vitamin B such as wholegrains, eggs, avocados, legumes, citrus fruits, fortified breakfast cereal, meat, poultry and fish.
B vitamins can be low in vegetarians, the elderly and those with digestive issues, individuals with high alcohol consumption.
Supplementation is also recommended for individuals who are on antibiotics, oral contraceptives and anticonvulsants due to risk of Vitamin B deficiency.
