For Adults and children 12 years and over. Dissolve 1-2 sachets in a glass of cold water May be taken up to 4 times daily.

Each Lemon flavour sachet (4g) contains:
Sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid, citric acid, sodium citrate

Other ingredients include:
Saccharin (in the form of sodium saccharin), lemon flavour

Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years old.

See your doctor if symptoms last more than 5 days.

This preparation contains 644mg of sodium per dose which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet.

Keep up your intake of fluids.

Avoid bath products such as bubble baths, bath oilds vaginal deodorants if they cause irritations.

Respond to the urge to urinate – do not “hold on”as this can cuase urine to concentrate and give bacteria an oppotunity to multiply.

Wear loose-fitting cotton underpants and trousers. Tight clothing can make the area moist, encouraging bacterial growth.
