Refund & Returns Policy

My Dispensary is committed to providing quality products to our customers. Please note we cannot recycle medicines returned to any of our pharmacies for safety reasons.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, as an online retailer, we are under no legal obligation to give you your money back or exchange the product should you change your mind about your purchase. However, we will meet our obligations should you receive a faulty, damaged, expired product which can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

Cancellations of orders

If you change your mind about your order and decide to cancel it, you must contact us immediately on the same day before shipping.

Unfortunately, e-mails are not always received timely and won’t be taken into account for cancellation requests. Please ensure that you are confident with your purchase before placing your order – we are not responsible if we have processed your order and have not received your cancellation request.

If your telephone cancellation is not received before your order is processed, we will consider, at our discretion, refunding your payment on the following conditions:

• The goods have been returned to us at your own expense in saleable condition.
• That you wait until we have received the goods before processing your refund.
• That you accept a 10% re-stocking fee.
• That you accept a NZ$7 re-delivery imposed by our Shipper (Vertical Logistics as an agent for NZ Post)

No guarantee of refunds can be given on medicines or prescription medicines if you change your mind, damage or open the medicine or no longer need the medicine.

These terms do not remove your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Missing Orders

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us within seven days of the date of dispatch of that order.

We will do our best to recover your missing parcel in conjunction with the courier or delivery service provider, however we cannot guarantee delivery unless you select a tracked delivery option.
